Well it was that time of year once again. We went to Alford with 6 mopeds, so you'd think we would win again. But no not this year. We were pathetic at the race & didn't even get a third. We did have a great day out as usual and thanks go to Woody & Do for their BBQ skills and that bacon and egg roll hit the spot just when I was flaggin. Valerie; my long suffering wife, did a tremendous job of feeding 50 people with ribs and chicken and her famous ham soup. Looked after any waifs and strays during the day and sorted out the food preparation area. Our usual crew of suspects turned up to ride. Got a broken leg there Davie!!!. So to Mark, Rich, Danny, Ryan, Jordan, Joe, Bill, Gary, Liam, Peter, Paul, Kenny, Jimmy, Allen, Spence, Davie, Aaron and me Dek, Thank god we are still daft enough to participate. To Fi & Peebs, thanks for looking after the stall. Well done to the Evil Kinevil team for a great costume. (Where were the fancy dress prizes!!!!). Thanks again to the staff and volunteers at the Grampian Transport museum for the best day out of the year.
